COSTS/ INSURANCE

Since January 2022 the ‘Care performance model’ has been implemented. This means funding and reimbursement of your treatment has changed. While therapy will still be covered by the basic national health insurance, there might be financial consequences for the payment of your ‘Deductible’. Insurance companies with whom I have a legal agreement for 2024: Insurers with whom I have not concluded a contract (not to be found in below list), I apply 100% of the maximum fee set by the NZa for basic mental health care. This often means that you will have to cover part of the treatment costs yourself. Therefore, please consult your insurance policy conditions extra carefully before starting treatment.
